The venue for the meeting is the Hotel L’Alivi. Please find the details below, as well as other nearby recommended hotels. Since the availability of rooms can be reduced because of the start of the touristic season, the local SIS2B organisers have blocked some pre-blocked rooms in the following hotels (but it is not guaranteed that hoteliers will keep them for long) so it is recommended to perform the booking as soon as possible. In order to benefit from the blocked pre-blocked rooms, the participants shall mention the project (“ANYWHERE”) when performing the booking.
A bus service will be organized in order to transfer the participants of other the hotels to the venue of the meeting. In case of need, please indicate so in the registration form.

TRANSPORTATION
Be aware that public transport systems are quite low in the region. Taxi service is quite expensive to go to the city from the airport, so renting a car is maybe most convenient (which will allow you to be more autonomous). There exist numerous Rental car offices at the airport of Bastia. To avoid potential trouble, be aware that in case of late arrival it is recommended to inform the office when booking the car.
Otherwise, a transfer could be planned but this transfer depends of the time of arrival for all flights. SIS2B couldn’t organize a transfer for each flight, but it could be possible to organize 1or 2 transfer. We need to know the exact time of arrival for each participant and decide the time of these transfer. Please be accurate when indicating your arrival / departure flight times in the registration form to let the local organisers.
