ANYWHERE participated in the 23rd meeting of the EU Working Group on Floods

The ANYWHERE project was presented at the 23rd meeting of the EU Working Group on Floods (DG-ENV WG-F) held on 21st to 22nd March 2018 under the auspices of the French Ministry for an Ecological and Solidary Transition.
Prof. Daniel Sempere-Torres, coordinator of the project, had the opportunity to present the ANYWHERE Innovation Action with a dedicated talk during the “Research” section of the meeting. A detailed explanation about the project was given and its contribution to the achievement of existing objectives shared with the WG-F was discussed, specially focused on the Flood Risk Management Plans (FRMPs) in this particular occasion.
The group showed interest in following the advancements of the ANYWHERE project associated to their field of interest and it is foreseen that some members will attend the 3rd Project Workshop to be carried out in Barcelona during November.
