The CIVAL project (CLIMAAX in Valcerrina) develops actionable knowledge on the climate risks faced by the Valcerrina Union of Municipalities (UoM), a rural area of twelve municipalities and approximately 7,500 inhabitants in south-eastern Piedmont, Northern Italy.
