Terms and conditions of UPC's Privacy Policy

Data controller: UNIVERSITAT POLITÈCNICA DE CATALUNYA

Purpose: Manage the participation and assistance to the organized events, recording of your image to disseminate information about the event on our own, social media and other digital and physical media, as well as invite you to other related events.

Legal basis: Registration to the event, consent for use of images and legitimate interest to invite you to similar activities organized by UPC.

Storage limitation: your data will be stored during the event and the period of time required by law to attend possible responsibilities that may occur.

Rights: you can withdraw your consent at any time and exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, to portability and to object, by contacting the organization at edera-workshop@crahi.upc.edu.
