Reminder for participants whose travel expenses are covered by the project:

It is very important to keep your boarding cards of the main transports (flights, train, etc.). Those documents shall be provided to the Project Coordination to be able to duly declare the expense in front of the European Commission.

The project can cover your short transportation expenses as well. In such a case, the original invoices/tickets payment receipts are required and shall be provided in the original format to the Project Coordination to get a refund.

I hereby declare that the information provided is accurate. I acknowledge the rules and conditions governing travel expenses and undertake to submit all required original documents to the Project Coordination. I also understand that the data supplied in this form will be shared with the travel agency solely for the purpose of arranging the relevant services.
