• In what way will the competition entries will be protected? The ANYWHERE jury maintains confidentiality when handling the competition entries. Separate development environments will be assigned to the selected participants to test-drive the ANYWHERE Platform.
• Who holds the IPR of the competition entries? The IPRs of the competition entries and designs are the property of the participants. IPR protection (e.g. patenting, trade mark registration) is solely responsibility of the candidate. All the IPRs of development platform belong to ANYWHERE Consortium Partners or third parties that have made all the necessary license and user rights agreements.
