WP1 - Developing a framework for innovation co-ownership and co-evaluation ensuring the successful implementation of the project.

OBJECTIVE:The main purpose of WP1 is to ensure the successful implementation of the ANYWHEREtools and platform of products and services by developing a framework ensuring the co-ownership and co-evaluation of relevant outputs of the project. This includes the proactive targeting of the requisites, specifications and needs of users as well as a repeated evaluation of performance of early warning systems by making end-users real partners of the innovation implementation. WP1 also includes the definition of an evaluation methodology to assess the benefits of the innovation, and its application during the project demonstrations at selected pilot sites (WP6). The results will be a direct input to improve the final prototype (WP2, WP3 and WP4) as well as for the design of the marketing strategy (WP7).
