Accommodation
The organisation has pre-blocked some rooms at hotels located close to the main venue. Participants belonging to any of the project Boards (Stakeholders, Network of Associated Enterprises, Advisory Board) have their expenses covered (shall receive a password for the registration) and will be contacted after completing the registration by the hired travel agency to deal with the associated travel arrangements (transportation / accommodation in a hotel close to the main venue).
